Descrizione: Today was a little different in the clinic as I had a patient from another colleague whose girlfriend had come to see me about 6 months earlier. I wasn’t sure when he first started talking if this was a good thing or not, but then he did say she was thrilled with my treatment; I just hope she left out any details. The couple is trying for a baby, and considering I had already said his girlfriend was in good health, then the next thing to do was get a sperm sample and take it from there. Although this wasn’t going to plan, he was finding it very hard to produce a sample. So with my new nurse in reception, I called her in to see if she could assist. Considering I had sex with his girlfriend, it was the least I could do to help him get a sample. He did little to stop the idea, and with a promise to the nurse of a pay rise, the stage was set.
